ZANAGEN® Helps Sponsor Harry’s Spring Run Off – Fight Against Prostate Cancer
April 3rd, 2010

This week we had the pleasure of participating in Canada’s Running Series – Harry’s Spring Run Off which consists of two races – 5k and 8k running events with a considerable amount of funds donated to the Princess Margaret Hospital for the fight against prostate cancer.  We are keenly targeting the running community but believe that giving back to the community by donating a proceed of our sales to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation to help in the fight against prostate cancer will hopefully inspire other companies to take up this great cause.

The Prostate Centre at Princess Margaret Hospital is the largest and busiest multidisciplinary, prostate-focused clinic in Canada. Its aim is to offer the best of medical care to men with prostate disease in a holistic, people-focused manner.
Your doctor can explain the risk factors of developing prostate cancer, such as age, ethnicity or family history. He or she may recommend additional testing including a PSA blood test. To learn more about prostate cancer, visit:

ZANAGEN® Helps Runners at the Around the Bay Road Race

Runners are about to get creamed in a new way.  ZANAGEN® has officially hit the market running with the help of two Canadian Marathon champions – Tara Quinn-Smith and Andrew Smith who were busy running the Expo booth educating runners of the therapeutic benefits associated with ZANAGEN®’s breakthrough products that will create a competitive advantage both on the road and in recuperation.

ZANAGEN® the developers of topical cellular delivery are proudly introducing IGNITE® and XCCELERATE® which are designed to treat myofascial dysfunction and modulate pain.  “We believe that our products can significantly helps runners with their on road performance and soft tissue recovery” according to President Chad Robertson.

ZANAGEN®’s re-invention of topical therapy in the form of a new delivery system called topical cellular delivery “TCD” and pre and post applications designed for performance enhancement and clinical use to meet the needs of rehabilitative and performance enhancing professionals was first conceived by Dr. Mark Lindsay and Chad Robertson.  TCD applications result in a performance and therapeutic edge to help promote the desired outcomes of the user in a synergistic manner.  Simply put, better performance, faster recovery.    There are a number of key therapeutic mechanisms involved in the application of TCD as an intervention when it’s used accordingly:  1) improve microcirculatory blood flow; 2) reduce local oxidative stress induced by oxygen free radicals; 3) reduce acute and chronic inflammation; 4) improve connective tissue healing by supporting regeneration; 5) reduce fibrosis.

Runners hopefully will climb on board and become quick adopters of ZANAGEN®’s products as athletes in many other sports have used IGNITE® and XCCELERATE® to aid in healing during competition.
